What is print-on-demand?
All Keep It Human products are made to order using print-on-demand (POD) technology. This means your item is printed specifically for you when you place your order — we don't hold inventory. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without waste.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders take 2–7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. For US orders, expect delivery within 5–14 business days from the order date. International orders may take longer. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
Will my items arrive together?
Not necessarily! If you order multiple products, they may ship separately from different fulfillment centers. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the size chart before ordering, as sizing can vary between products and styles.
What is the print quality like?
We use high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) and dye-sublimation printing depending on the product. Colors are vibrant and designs are durable. For best results, wash garments inside out in cold water.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is made to order, we generally don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are sent to production quickly, so we have a very short window to make changes. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel or modify your order. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
I haven't received my tracking information — what should I do?
Tracking info is emailed once your order ships. Please check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it after 10 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
