Return & Refund Policy

At Keep It Human, every product is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selections.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will make it right if something goes wrong on our end.

When We'll Issue a Refund or Replacement

We offer a free replacement or full refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective items — If your product arrives damaged or with a print defect
  • Wrong item received — If you received a different product, size, or color than what you ordered
  • Lost in transit — If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at info@kihinfo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue (for damaged or defective items)
  • A brief description of the problem

We'll review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

What We Cannot Refund

  • Items ordered in the wrong size (please refer to our size guides before ordering)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
  • Orders where the shipping address provided was incorrect
  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, production has typically begun and we are unable to cancel. Please email us immediately at info@kihinfo.com if you need to cancel.
